These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Lyvora Technologies (“Lyvora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to: web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website and online store development, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, cPanel/WHM, plugins, analytics, payment processors, and other technology services (“Services”).
By accessing, using, or purchasing Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
1.1 Lyvora acts solely as a facilitator or reseller for third-party platforms, plugins, analytics tools, payment processors, hosting providers, and software.
1.2 All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Lyvora does not guarantee uptime, performance, security, or legal compliance of any Services, including third-party services.
1.3 Lyvora makes no representations or warranties regarding any Service, and all risks associated with usage, performance, or reliability are assumed entirely by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 You are solely responsible for:
- Securing account credentials and login information.
- Maintaining backups of all data, websites, and applications.
- Renewing domains, hosting, and other services to avoid loss or deletion.
- Ensuring your websites, stores, or applications comply with laws, regulations, and third-party provider terms.
- Maintaining website updates, plugin updates, and integrations.
2.2 Loss of services due to non-payment, non-renewal, deletion, or inactivity is the client’s sole responsibility. Lyvora will not restore deleted domains, hosting accounts, or websites, and cannot compensate for lost data.
2.3 Clients are responsible for any additional fees if maintenance, repairs, or updates are required. If such maintenance is unavailable, responsibility lies entirely with the client.
3. Payments and Non-Refundable Services
3.1 All fees are due at the time of purchase or according to the agreed billing schedule.
3.2 All payments are strictly non-refundable, including recurring and one-time fees, except as required by law or by third-party provider terms.
3.3 Lyvora collects payments on behalf of third-party providers but is not responsible for refunding third-party services.
3.4 Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Lyvora utilizes or resells third-party services, plugins, analytics tools, and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WordPress, WooCommerce, cPanel/WHM, payment processors).
4.2 Lyvora is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions, downtime, deletions, or termination by third-party providers.
- Data loss, corruption, or errors caused by third-party platforms or client actions.
- Changes to third-party service terms, availability, or fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Lyvora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Services.
5.2 Lyvora’s total liability for services directly provided is limited to fees paid to Lyvora in the previous 12 months, excluding third-party products.
5.3 Clients acknowledge and accept that using Services carries inherent risks, including data loss, website downtime, or financial loss.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lyvora harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of Services or third-party products.
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Content, applications, or websites you host or manage.
7. Limitation of Claims
7.1 All claims relating to Services must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
7.2 For third-party services, clients must follow the provider’s policies.
7.3 Claims filed outside the limitation period are permanently waived.
8. Termination of Services
- Lyvora may suspend or terminate Services immediately for non-payment, breach of Terms, or illegal use.
- No refunds will be provided for terminated services.
- Expired or deleted services, domains, or websites are permanently lost and cannot be restored.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are globally applicable.

10. Changes to Terms
