This Domain & Hosting Termination Policy (“Policy”) governs all aspects of domains, web hosting accounts, and related services provided by Lyvora Technologies (“Lyvora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website and online store development, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, cPanel/WHM, and other technology services (“Services”).
By using Lyvora Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Service Termination Due to Non-Payment
1.1 Domains, hosting accounts, and other Services may be suspended or terminated immediately if payment is not received by the due date.
1.2 Lyvora will not be liable for any loss of access, content, or data due to non-payment.

2. Expiration and Non-Renewal
2.1 Clients are solely responsible for monitoring expiration dates for domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and other Services.

2.3 Lyvora is not responsible for services acquired by third parties after expiration or deletion.
3. Deletion or Removal of Services
3.1 Any deletion of websites, content, applications, or databases initiated by the client or resulting from third-party provider policies is irreversible.
3.2 Lyvora does not maintain backups unless explicitly requested as an additional paid service.
3.3 Clients bear full responsibility for maintaining copies of all data, content, and configurations.
4. Third-Party Providers
4.1 Many Services rely on third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, and registrars (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WordPress, cPanel/WHM).
4.2 Lyvora is not responsible for terminations, deletions, or suspensions enforced by third-party providers.
4.3 Clients must adhere to all third-party policies to avoid involuntary termination of their Services.
5. Maintenance and Restoration
5.1 Clients are responsible for maintenance, updates, and backups for their websites, plugins, and hosted content.
5.2 If restoration or maintenance is possible, it may be provided as a paid service.
5.3 Lyvora is not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or restoration failure.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Lyvora is not liable for:
