This DMCA / Copyright Policy (“Policy”) governs copyright and intellectual property matters related to all services provided by Lyvora Technologies (“Lyvora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website and online store development, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, cPanel/WHM, plugins, analytics, and other technology services (“Services”).

By using Lyvora Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Client Responsibility for Content

1.1 Clients are solely responsible for all content hosted on their websites, applications, or platforms.
1.2 Lyvora is not responsible for verifying copyright compliance or monitoring client content.
1.3 Clients must ensure that all materials hosted, published, or distributed through Lyvora Services do not infringe any intellectual property rights.

2. Copyright Infringement Notices

2.1 Lyvora respects copyright laws and will respond to legitimate takedown notices in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent global legislation.
2.2 All infringement notices must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on Lyvora Services
  • Contact information of the complaining party
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

3. Action on Notices

3.1 Upon receipt of a valid notice, Lyvora may:

  • Suspend, remove, or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the client responsible for the content
    3.2 Lyvora is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the removal, suspension, or disabling of content.

4. Counter-Notices

4.1 Clients may submit a counter-notice if they believe content was removed in error.
4.2 Counter-notices must comply with legal requirements and be sent to Lyvora’s designated copyright agent.
4.3 Lyvora may restore content only in accordance with applicable law and at its discretion.

5. Repeat Infringers

  • Clients who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated without liability from Lyvora.
  • Lyvora reserves the right to enforce this policy to comply with applicable law and protect third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Many Services rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or website builders (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WordPress, cPanel/WHM).
  • Lyvora is not responsible for copyright enforcement or disputes arising from third-party services.
  • Clients must comply with both Lyvora’s Policy and the terms of third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Lyvora is not liable for any damages, legal claims, fines, or losses arising from client content, copyright infringement, or takedown actions.
  • All responsibility for compliance, legal disputes, and third-party claims rests with the client.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By using Lyvora Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for all content hosted or distributed.
  • Lyvora may remove or disable access to content without liability.
  • You assume all risk and responsibility for copyright compliance and legal disputes.
