This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of all services provided by Lyvora Technologies (“Lyvora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website and online store development, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, cPanel/WHM, plugins, analytics, payment processors, and other technology services (“Services”).
By using Lyvora Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy.
1. General Principles
1.1 Services are provided solely for lawful purposes.
1.2 Lyvora reserves the right to monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with this Policy.
1.3 Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of Services without notice or liability.
2. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use Lyvora Services to:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Violate local or international laws, regulations, or treaties.
- Distribute or host content related to illegal activity, including but not limited to: child exploitation, hate speech, fraud, or piracy.
2.2 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Lyvora systems, other client accounts, or third-party platforms.
- Deploy malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Conduct hacking, phishing, spamming, or denial-of-service attacks.
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Host, distribute, or transmit copyrighted content without authorization.
- Use Services to infringe trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
2.4 Abusive or Offensive Content
- Distribute obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content.
- Engage in activities that may harm the reputation or operations of Lyvora, other clients, or third parties.
2.5 Resource Abuse
- Consume excessive bandwidth, storage, or server resources beyond your plan.
- Conduct activities that disrupt services for other clients or third-party platforms.
3. Third-Party Compliance
3.1 Many Services rely on third-party platforms, plugins, or hosting providers (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WordPress, cPanel/WHM).
3.2 Clients must comply with all third-party terms of service, in addition to this Policy.
3.3 Lyvora is not responsible for violations of third-party rules or resulting penalties.
4. Enforcement
4.1 Lyvora may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if a violation is detected or suspected.
4.2 Lyvora may remove content, websites, or applications that violate this Policy.
4.3 Lyvora is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or access resulting from enforcement actions.
5. Reporting Violations
5.1 Violations may be reported to Lyvora via [Insert Contact Email].
5.2 Lyvora may act on reports at its sole discretion, but is not obligated to take action.
6. Client Responsibility
6.1 Clients are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.
6.2 Clients must maintain secure credentials and monitor their own websites, plugins, and integrations.
6.3 Lyvora disclaims all liability for illegal, abusive, or negligent client actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Lyvora is not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or penalties arising from violations of this Policy.
- Clients assume all risk for content, data, websites, and interactions facilitated through Lyvora Services.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By using Lyvora Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will comply with this AUP and all applicable laws.
- Lyvora may enforce this Policy at its discretion.
- You bear full responsibility for all data, content, and activities on your accounts.
